By purchasing or engaging in a tarot coaching session, you ("the Querent") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics, and Policies, releasing me ("the Reader") from any and all liability related to actions taken or not taken following the reading.

You, the Querent

  • You are 18 years of age or older.

  • You understand that tarot coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. If you need assistance in these areas, please seek a licensed professional.

  • You acknowledge that a tarot readings are a tool for reflection and personal insight, not an absolute predictor of future events.

  • You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and decisions following the coaching session. Tarot is meant to empower, not replace your own reasoning, intuition, or judgment.

  • You agree to keep questions self-focused and constructive. Readings will not include topics related to legal matters, health diagnoses, financial investments, or lottery numbers. Questions that do not align with these guidelines will be reworded (with your approval) or declined.

  • You acknowledge that tarot coaching session s provide possibilities, not certainties.

  • You confirm that purchasing a tarot coaching session is legal in your country or jurisdiction. Any legal responsibility for participation lies with you.

I, the Reader

  • My goal is to provide clarity, insight, and empowerment through tarot. I treat all clients with respect, regardless of origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual identity.

  • I do not claim to be psychic or a fortune-teller. My readings focus on introspection, guidance, and personal growth.

  • I reserve the right to reword questions for better alignment with tarot’s purpose and will confirm changes with you before proceeding.

  • I am not a doctor, lawyer, financial consultant, or therapist. My sessions do not constitute professional advice in any of theses fields.

  • Your privacy is respected. Sessions will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • I may share third-party links to tarot decks, other readers, or helpful resources. These are shared at my discretion, and I am not responsible for their content or practices. Always perform due diligence before purchasing from external sources.

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel a session for any reason, particularly if:

    • You become overly reliant on tarot coaching sessions for decision-making.

    • You repeatedly ask the same question within a short time frame.

    • You request predictions, specific outcomes, or decisions to be made on your behalf.

    • You decline necessary rewording of a question.

    • You ask about topics outside my ethical boundaries (e.g., lottery numbers, financial investments, medical or legal matters, dark magic, manipulation of energy).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tarot Coaching Sessions are non-refundable once they have been completed.

  • Refunds may be issued only if the session has not yet started and both parties agree to cancel.

  • If a cancellation is necessary due to circumstances beyond either party’s control and the session has not occurred, a credit for a future reading may be offered.

  • If you need to reschedule a reading appointment, it must be done within 24 hours of booking a session. After this period, the session will not be refunded.

Ethics & Disclaimer

  • All tarot sessions are confidential and will not be shared without your permission.

  • I conduct all sessions with honesty, compassion, and integrity, aiming to provide guidance that is uplifting and constructive.

  • I may accept questions about third parties only if they are there to help you move forward, but sessions will be focused on your personal experience and growth rather than providing information about another person.

  • I do not solve crimes, predict death dates, locate missing persons, or answer questions regarding past lives, dark magic, or spirit possession.

  • I reserve the right to decline readings that do not align with my ethical standards or professional integrity.
